About a month ago, I submitted a proposal to ChangeThis. It was for a management strategy I've been piecing together in my head, called Boots on the Ground. I've started to write it, but figured having people vote for my proposal would be a good push towards actually finishing it. Anyway, my proposal was approved, and has been posted online for voting.
